1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification and without any costs other than return shipping fees.

2. Return conditions
Products must be returned:
- In their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual)
- Unused, undamaged, and clean
- Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase
Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
3. Return fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a Chouka error or a defective product.
4. Refund
After receiving and checking the returned products, Chouka will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
The refund covers the product price but not the initial shipping costs, except in cases of an error by Chouka or a defective product.
5. Defective or non-compliant products
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact our customer service via the Contact page. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
