Questa bussola (o compasso) è appositamente progettata per il parapendio. Rimane perfettamente leggibile anche in volo turbolento (rollio, beccheggio) e consente un’orientazione rapida e affidabile senza distrazioni.

Classical small Chinese crap that doesn’t work. It gets disturbed by phones or other instruments and is useless in turbulence. The plastic clip for strapping it to the leg broke in my front pocket — far too fragile.
Overall the vario is good, but the compass is a complete waste of money. It looked bigger in the photos, but in reality it’s just the cheap Chinese type you should avoid from any seller. Chouka is certainly aware of that — it even comes with a long disclaimer attached to it.

We are sorry you are not satisfied with the compass. If you wish you can return it to us. In strong turbulence it moves around but then stabilize (eg if you get caught in a cloud, it’s easy to read your direction on it). The size is what it is and is clearly indicated in the product description, we could have made it bigger (and more stable) but our point was to create a compact instrument.

Très bonne boussole. Petite légère et très lisible. Rassurant d’avoir ça en cas d’entrée accidentelle dans le nuage vers le relief
