Kit contents
The complete Chouka tree landing safety kit includes:
- Compact zip pouch that holds everything together.
- Chouka whistle — powerful “AU CHOUK’OURS!” model.
- 150 cm Dyneema sling (EN566, UIAA104 certified).
- Screw-gate carabiner (certified EN12275, UIAA121): use with the Dyneema sling to secure yourself (with the harness) in case of a tree landing.
- 25 m spool of ultra-thin Dyneema cord: Ø 0.5 mm, 40 kg strength – used to haul up a rope from the ground to prepare an assisted descent.
⚠️ Do not use it directly to support a human load. - Chouka accessory mini-carabiner: handy for keeping your whistle or knife within reach.
- Chouka ultralight knife: compact, quick to deploy and effective in an emergency (also available separately).
- Emergency blanket 210 cm × 160 cm.
- First aid items:
- Compression bandage (“Israeli” type) to stop bleeding.
- Elastic bandage 3 m × 7 cm.
- Adhesive plasters for minor wounds.

⚠️Notes & Safety
- Dyneema cord: do not use directly for descent. It is only intended to haul up a rope to the pilot.
- Whistle: avoid use near ears or in confined spaces.
