Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<p>In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification and without any costs other than return shipping fees.<\/p>\n\n<p>To exercise this right, please contact our customer service via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-chouka.com\/en\/contact\">Contact page<\/a> before returning the product.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Return conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p>Products must be returned:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused, undamaged, and clean<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Customized or altered products cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Return fees<\/h3>\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a Chouka error or a defective product.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refund<\/h3>\n\n<p>After receiving and checking the returned products, Chouka will issue a refund within <strong>14 days<\/strong> using the original payment method.<br\/>The refund covers the product price but not the initial shipping costs, except in cases of an error by Chouka or a defective product.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Defective or non-compliant products<\/h3>\n\n<p>In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact our customer service via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-chouka.com\/en\/contact\">Contact page<\/a>.
